Playground Magazine – Issue 6

Playground is a biannual magazine from Stockholm exploring the business and culture of creativity through essays, reports and candid conversations.

Issue 6 focuses on “creative resistance” — not as loud opposition, but as a series of smaller choices against the pressure to constantly perform, optimise, scale and grow. Across essays, data and dialogue, the issue looks at what happens when creatives choose to slow down, stay small when small works, take a break or simply continue making because creativity itself matters.

That resistance also means making space for offline encounters, play and forms of creative work that do not have to justify themselves through productivity or growth. Rather than offering another set of rules for working better or faster, Issue 6 asks what might be gained by deliberately stepping outside those expectations.
