LOST iN City Guide – Issue 23: Cooks
LOSTiN works closely with local bloggers, journalists and photographers from the featured cities. The interviews, in-depth stories and photographic showcase present the city from a locals perspective. Throughout the 70 pages, the alternative guides allow you to discover interesting locations such as a hidden vineyard in Paris, or contemporary art in a WWII bunker in Berlin.
As travel opportunities remain limited, cooking at home is relevant to our curious fanbase. LOST iN decided to bring the vibe of legendary restaurants from all over the world into our homes. We dedicated an entire issue to the endless possibilities of cooking – all from the unique LOST iN perspective.
From a traditional salted cod recipe from a Reykjavik chef all the way to a sweet Rosewater Pavlova recipe from an Australian chef in Berlin, LOST iN Cooks is packed with eleven appetite-blustering recipes. Plenty of photography set the scene whilst interviews with the chefs go a bit deeper into the story of each recipe as well as how it can best be enjoyed at home. Playlists and Ingredients lists are accessible on your phone.
With this issue, we want to reawaken that particular sensual experience we’ve all encountered during our travels so that those who can’t visit a restaurant can still taste the many flavours of faraway places in their own kitchens.
