Fare Magazine – Issue 6: Tbilisi
Fare is a food-focused travel magazine, exploring the depth of culture in a single city.
Each issue is guided by locals of the city. We try to use as many local writers, photographers, and illustrators as possible, so that in addition to expert insight, you also get a sense of the creative aesthetic.
In Fare Issue 6: Tbilisi, join us as we journey to the Caucasus region and explore the ancient Georgian capital.
Tbilisi is a post-Soviet city, a brusk meeting point for the country’s diverse gastronomic traditions and ancient viticulture. Here in Tbilisi, the distinct regional identities of the country’s vastly diverse geography co-mingle in an environment where leafy courtyards and the charm of well-worn buildings become the backdrop for an energetic and passionate underground arts scene.
